Photara develops industrial equipment and consumable products to replace silver on silicon solar cells with base metals. We work directly with solar cell manufacturers to eliminate the only critical material in the solar supply chain and reduce solar module costs by over 10%. We started with a Breakthrough Energy Fellowship in 2022 as Aluminio, but changed our name to reflect our focus on the solar industry.
