We enable the clean energy workforce to be more productive and effective - starting with software tools for HVAC pros. By supporting contractors to design, sell, and install high-efficiency HVAC systems, Conduit will help mitigate grid strain, reduce home energy use and enhance home comfort - all while helping contractors win. We’re working with over 350 companies across the country and are growing rapidly.

Role Description

As our Strategic Account Executive, you will play a critical role in a fast-paced startup transforming the HVAC Industry. You are obsessed with our customer - you want to help our Pros stand out with quality work - selling more high quality installs every time. You love to win. You work in a self-directed manner, and crave a massive impact. You will be working in a central role to facilitate customer relationships, and drive our growth quickly with midmarket and B2B enterprise sales. This position is East-Coast Based and remote.

What you’ll do

Strategic Account Development:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy to exceed revenue targets

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

  • Develop and manage high-value strategic accounts, generating your own pipeline - and overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Optimize the sales funnel with initiatives that speed up lead conversion, and continuously refine lead generation and qualification for efficiency, leveraging data analytics and targeted data-driven based initiatives.

Collaboration & Customer Focus:

  • Utilize data analytics to refine sales processes and outcomes.

  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.

  • Serve as the customer advocate internally, using feedback to drive product and process improvements.


  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within midmarket and enterprise environments targeting strategic buyers from skilled trades platforms or private equity aggregators.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships from scratch, with experience managing fast-paced deal cycles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Results-oriented strategic thinker with a commitment to achieving outcomes.

  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation Range: $80K - $100K
