We are a team of pioneering engineers focused on developing a breakthrough melter concept to decarbonize global steel production, with the vision to eliminate 5% of global CO2 emissions and financed by Breakthrough Energy/Bill Gates.

We are looking for an entrepreneur in residence (f/m/d) who is eager to create impact on mitigating climate change, who comes on board as a true partner and helps to shape our way forward. The role will be focused on driving our strategic topics forward together with our CEO & founder.

Responsibilities

• key strategic projects, such as fundraising material and research, grant strategy, partnership development and others
• leading these projects from day 0 to further derisking our approach and driving our progress
• playing a central part in building our organization and company

Qualifications

• We are searching for someone (f/m/d) with at least 3 years of experience in high-performing environments.
• relevant areas include tier-1 consulting, tier-1 startups, VCs or similar
• leadership potential and the willingness to take ownership from day 0

• Our vision is to make a substantial contribution to the decarbonization of the steel industry, helping to eliminate 1.5 GtCO2/yr or about 5% of all global CO2 emissions.
• We are developing a melter technology to process DRI out of low-quality ore and facilitate the adoption by steel companies around the world. Our product will be a wider decarbonization platform for the steel industry with our melter technology at the core.
