We are a team of pioneering engineers focused on developing a breakthrough melter concept to decarbonize global steel production, with the vision to eliminate 5% of global CO2 emissions and financed by Breakthrough Energy/Bill Gates.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff (f/m/d) who is eager to create impact on mitigating climate change, who comes on board as a true partner and helps to shape our way forward. The role will be focused on driving our strategic topics forward together with our CEO & founder.

Responsibilities

• key strategic projects, such as partnership development, refining pricing strategy, first-of-a-kind plant and others
• leading these projects from day 0 to further derisking our approach and driving our progress
• playing a central part in building our organization and company

Qualifications

• We are searching for someone (f/m/d) with at least 5 years of experience in high-performing environments.
• relevant areas include tier-1 consulting and tier-1 startups, VCs or similar
• leadership potential and the willingness to take ownership from day 0
