Mission for Your role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant that enables our CEO to focus on building the business and is eager to create impact on mitigating climate change. You will be a true partner that helps shape our way forward.
What you'll do
- Diary management, prioritising workload efficiently
- Schedule meetings both internally and externally
- Ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries incl. team events
- Reconcile expenses and handle payments
- Align with the Chief of Staff to ensure effective information flow from the business to the CEO
- Handle administrative components of the application and administration of grants
- Research and book speaker slots, interviews at key industry events and media for the CEO
- Work on special projects as requested by the team which may include research, assessment, and presentation preparation
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as an EA to a C-Suite Executive or management team
- Highly organised with strong project management know-how
- Team player with a positive attitude, respectful
- Detail oriented, the aptitude to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Handles confidential information discreetly and with integrity
- Tech-savvy and experienced in Gsuite, Word, Excel, DocuSign, and Slack
