Mission of your role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who is eager to create impact on mitigating climate change, who comes on board as a true partner and helps to shape our way forward. The role will be focused on driving our strategic topics forward in collaboration with our CEO & founder.

What you'll do

• Key strategic projects, such as fundraising material and research, grant strategy, partnership development and others
• Heading above mentioned projects from day 0 to further de-risking our approach and driving our progress
• Playing a central part in building our organization and company
• Spearhead marketing ramp-up (homepage, deck, media), OKRs, company ramp-up (processes, culture), adhoc projects (e.g. summary deck for investors), investor communication
