The role

This role bridges technical implementation and end-user adoption by turning business processes into clear requirements, usable interfaces, measurable acceptance criteria, and structured rollout plans. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with hands-on experience in UX for operational software, integration-heavy QA, AI-enabled workflow design, and agile delivery leadership. This is a builder-operator role for someone who can structure ambiguity, keep teams aligned, and improve the quality of both human and AI-assisted workflows.

What success looks like

  • Define end-to-end user workflows, screen requirements, and exception-handling paths for a complex operations platform.
  • Own QA, UAT, and release readiness across integrated systems and AI-assisted features.
  • Translate business requirements into acceptance criteria, test plans, training materials, and status reporting.
  • Design evaluation approaches for LLM and agent-facing experiences — accuracy, usability, escalation behavior, and human review thresholds.
  • Keep delivery on track through strong sprint management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Core responsibilities

Workflow Design, UX & Frontend

  • Design operational workflows and dashboards for process status, document review, exceptions, approvals, and downstream actions.
  • Create user experiences for reviewing AI-assisted outputs, comparing records, resolving discrepancies, and escalating edge cases.
  • Conduct workflow discovery with business users, validate assumptions, and iterate designs based on operational realities.
  • Prototype or implement frontend components using React, Vue, or Angular.

AI Product Design & Agent Experience

  • Define how AI and agentic workflows fit into the user journey — task framing, confidence signaling, fallback paths, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Partner with engineering to shape agent behavior, tool access, prompt strategy, and structured output requirements.
  • Use Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic coding tools to accelerate prototyping, spec refinement, test generation, and defect triage.
  • Contribute to lightweight agent prototypes or workflow experiments around orchestration, user prompts, and exception routing.

QA, UAT & Evaluation

  • Own end-to-end testing strategy across integrated systems, business workflows, and AI-assisted features.
  • Write and execute test plans covering positive paths, negative paths, failure modes, data mismatches, and business rule exceptions.
  • Design and run evaluation plans for model outputs and agent behavior — groundedness, completion rate, error handling, escalation quality, and reviewer efficiency.
  • Use LM Evaluation Harness or similar approaches for repeatable benchmarks, regression tests, and release sign-off criteria.
  • Lead UAT with business stakeholders and translate feedback into prioritized fixes, design updates, and release decisions.

Delivery Management & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Run sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain project plans, risk logs, dependency management, and milestone tracking from discovery through go-live.
  • Own status updates, steering materials, and escalation management for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Lead training preparation, change management, and adoption support during rollout.

Required qualifications

  • 4+ years in product, delivery, UX, QA, or program roles supporting B2B, enterprise, or operational software.
  • Strong experience designing workflow-heavy software and translating business processes into requirements, screens, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated QA leadership — test strategy, test script development, defect triage, and UAT coordination in integration-heavy environments.
  • Experience working on AI-enabled products or LLM-assisted workflows, especially where model outputs require human review or operational accountability.
  • Working knowledge of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI-native environments.
  • Experience defining evaluation plans for LLM features and agent performance.
  • Ability to run agile delivery cadences and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience designing or product-managing agents, copilots, or AI-assisted workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with LM Evaluation Harness or equivalent frameworks for repeatable LLM benchmarking.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, trade finance, operations software, ERP-adjacent environments, or other process-intensive domains.
  • Strong facilitation skills for training, change management, and user adoption during go-live.
